Bayard Group Pty Ltd. was established in 2002 by Cameron O‘Reilly and a number of Foundation Investors to create a substantial listed industrial company.

By acquiring Ampy Email Metering in 2003 and Landis+Gyr in 2004, Bayard has built a global Metering business, focussing on additional growth opportunities to further expand existing operations but also to invest in the energy and broader environmental sectors.

The Landis+Gyr Group makes Bayard the front runner in Advanced Metering and also the market leader in electricity metering.
